What it costs
Diagnostic
Most engagements start with a diagnostic: €600 per day. One to two days for a simple project, longer for a larger one. It ends with a written map of where the work is and what it is worth, and that map is yours whether or not we build anything.
Build work is quoted from the scope the diagnostic found. Training skips the diagnostic: The AI-Fluent Team is a fixed programme at €2,000, with its guarantee on the programme page. If the honest answer is smaller than you expected, we'll say so on the first call.
